Aaron Dinnes practices in criminal, family and personal injury law.

He has prior career experience in civil litigation, and has been a lay magistrate in the criminal and family courts. He has been a member of the Lord Chancellor’s Advisory Committee and a county court advocate with LPC Law (in civil proceedings).

Aaron practises in all areas of children law and financial proceedings. He has experience representing parents and guardians in public law proceedings, but he is also regularly instructed in private law proceedings including child arrangements orders and non-molestation orders. He has dealt with cases involving female genital mutilation and forced marriage.

Aaron handles applications relating to removal from the jurisdiction and has appeared at the Royal Courts of Justice in relation to this issue.

Aaron Dinnes is regularly instructed to represent both claimants and defendants in all types of county court proceedings. These include credit hire, MOJ stage 3 hearings, small claims trials, fast track trials. He provides clear, consistent and timely advice on quantum.

Thanks to his prior career, Aaron is comfortable handling a wide range of civil litigation work.

Aaron regularly prosecutes in the magistrates’ courts for the Crown Prosecution Service and also for South Yorkshire Police.

He has a growing defence practice representing both adults and youths, with a particularly successful practice in road traffic matters.
