Daniel has a undertakes mixed advisory and court based practice across several of chambers core areas of expertise. In addition, Daniel has moved into new and emerging areas of practice including Data Protection, Privacy & Information, sports and technology disputes.

With a decade of experience advising Multinational Companies, NGO’s, SME’s, Insurance companies, Charities and private individuals owing to his previous roles in International Arbitration, finance and business in Australia, Northern Ireland England, Daniel has a firm grasp of both the legal and business implications of legal disputes.

Given his multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplined background, Daniel is frequently instructed directly to advise on matters of jurisdiction, choice of laws, trusts, and insurance disputes both within the UK and abroad.

Daniel is also former rugby union player and applies to experience to his sports law practice. He has recently been appointed as Pro-Pro-bono Counsel for Sports Resolution.

Daniel has a distinct and busy direct access practice. He works directly with a variety of private clients, start up’s, SME’s and larger companies across a range of sectors including technology, engineering and construction.

As a seasoned negotiator, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his mediation practice where he is regularly instructed to attend on behalf parties to the mediation. His experience of mediations includes partnership disputes, inheritance act claim and, trustee conflicts .
