Ben was called to the Bar in 2015 by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Before qualifying as a barrister Ben worked as an advocate for a national firm of solicitors where he mainly acted for FTSE 100 companies and various institutional lenders. Ben enjoys a varied and eventful civil practice where he deals with a broad spectrum of areas.

Ben is often instructed in matters concerning real property. Accordingly, he can assist with landlord and tenant, claims for disrepair, leasehold litigation, boundary disputes and most other areas concerning contentious issues relating to land.

He also deals with contentious probate and other issues concerning wills and inheritance.

Having acted for institutional lenders in the past Ben can advise and appear in commercial matters concerning loans, debt recovery and bankruptcy proceedings.
