Current Practice
I have been practising at the Bar since 1993 from chambers in London and then Cardiff.
As a public access barrister, I advise and represent clients in relation to the following areas:

Business matters
Business matters - You may need advice or representation concerning a contract with a supplier, a finance company or another contractor.  I regularly advise and represent clients in contract disputes and consumer protection matters such as terms and conditions, the enforceability of agreements and disputes concerning the sale of goods or the supply of services.  I can also offer advice upon the drafting of agreements and advertisements. I also can represent those the subject of statutory demands.

Employment - It may be that you may need help with your employment relationship whether it be in relation to discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal or whistle-blowing.  I can also assist with disciplinary appeals or internal investigations including those involving suspected fraud.

Regulatory - You may need advice or representation concerning a licence or a regulator whether that be a local authority in relation to trading standards, food hygiene, food standards or labelling, animal welfare, health & safety, environmental health, noise or pollution or planning control. It may alternatively be another regulator such as Companies House in respect of your filing responsibilities as a director, a fire service in connection with fire assessments and precautions, the police force in connection with a firearms licence or it may be another regulator concerning your business, occupation or other regulated or licensed activity.

I am happy to represent individuals and businesses in a wide range of tribunals and courts including at mediations, inquests and in inquiries.
I am very used to conducting my business via email and can meet wherever is convenient to us both.
I can discuss with you both turnaround time and fees in order to ensure that your requirements are met.

Member of the panel of junior counsel to the Welsh Government in connection with employment, regulatory and criminal matters
