I am a Barrister, and formerly a Partner at one of the largest Criminal Defence and Prison Law solicitors firms in the UK, providing advice and representation to clients held in both the UK and foreign jurisdictions, accumulating significant experience in bringing matter before the High Courts, Appellate courts, and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

I currently serve as ‘Chambers Director’ at Guernica 37.

Over recent years, I have specialised in the application of international human rights mechanisms to those who have, or still are, suffering at the hands of an oppressive regime, drafting and submitting numerous petitions to the Special Procedures Branch of the UN.

I am instructed with other members of Guernica in respect of a number of cases seeking to address human rights violations and atrocities in a number of notorious states across the world.

As well as individual instructions, I am currently instructed by foreign Governments and political parties, providing advice on issues of legislative and judicial reform, and foreign policy issues.

Although London based, I am able to receive instructions across the UK and worldwide.
