Commercial and Chancery
Bianca has appeared as Counsel in the High Court and County Court for businesses, financial institutions and individuals. Recent matters have included a trial in a builder contractor dispute, applications to strike out and for summary judgment, to set aside default judgment, obtaining enforcement of charging orders, resisting claims to set aside an order for sale and for payment, restoring an insolvent company to the register, and serving out of jurisdiction.

•Re L- advising on whether the removal of certain holiday properties from a timeshare constitutes a repudiatory breach of contract
•A v A, successfully resisting an application to set aside a charging order in the Chancery Division, High Court
•Garvey v Chamberlain and Others, successfully obtaining an unless order against a Defendant in relation to the service of a Defence and Counterclaim and an order to move the Claim forward to a summary judgment application, in a contentious probate claim at the Central London Civil Justice Centre.
•F v Standard Life, successfully obtaining summary judgment at Portsmouth County Court
•A v Standard Life, successfully striking-out a claim at Brentford County Court
•Orlovas v TC&D, achieving a positive result in trial involving a builder contractor dispute at Edmonton County Court

Employment and Discrimination
Bianca appears as Counsel in a variety of employment and discrimination cases in relation to unlawful deduction of wages and breach of contract claims, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, redundancy, victimisaton, harassment, disability discrimination, race discrimination, sexual orientation, pregnancy, maternity and sex discrimination claims. Bianca receives instructions from Claimants and Respondents.

•C v All Inn Ltd, successfully representing a claimant in a two day pregnancy discrimination case at South London Employment Tribunal
•C v Goslings Farm, a three day pregnancy and maternity discrimination and victimisation claim at Huntingdon Employment Tribunal

•F v Haringey Council, a three day race discrimination, harassment and victimisation claim at Watford Employment Tribunal
