Andrew has extensive experience of all aspects of property disputes including boundary disputes and rights of way, landlord and tenant disputes and adverse possession.

Many of his cases involve cohabitee disputes and other trusts of land applications. This is where the name on the property title is not necessarily the "real" owner. These disputes often arise where a property is owned by an unmarried couple and he is sometimes described as a divorce lawyer for unmarried couples.

Andrew is often instructed in matters involving disputes over wills and probate – including Inheritance Act claims.

Many of Andrew’s cases feature unusual points of law which require investigation, as his attention to detail is second to none.
