Ramanjit practices in all areas of family law with particular emphasis on proceedings involving children, including international family disputes.

She has been ranked as a "Leading Junior" in the Legal 500 directory, where it states;

She is skilled at representing clients in matters which involve the determination of a child’s living and contact arrangements. She is also frequently instructed in cases involving serious allegations of harm, intractable hostility and parental alienation.

Ramanjit has an interest in cases concerning international, cultural and religious disputes, which include issues of relocation, child abduction and forced marriage.

Where parents and/or those with parental responsibility are unable to come to an agreement on any serious issue that would affect a child, Ramanjit can assist in applications for Specific Issue Orders. This can for be example, but not restricted to, matters involving schooling, religion, medical treatment or change of name.

Prior to joining the Bar, Ramanjit practiced as a solicitor-advocate in private practice specialising in family law.
