Estelle was called to the Bar in 2006 and has experience in all areas of family and private client work.

Estelle’s practice encompasses financial remedies on divorce, including complex businesses, trusts, third party claims against matrimonial property, bankruptcy, nuptial agreements, cases with an international element and enforcement proceedings. Estelle also advises on property disputes between cohabitees and other non-martial scenarios (TLATA) and financial provision for children of unmarried parents (Schedule 1).

Estelle also litigates private children disputes, including leave to remove from the jurisdiction and other parental disputes where problems have become intractable. She is experienced in litigating civil partnership disputes, as well as child abduction cases. Estelle also advises on Inheritance Act and other probate claims. Estelle’s broad family expertise has also enabled her to represent local authorities, parents, other relatives and children in public law proceedings.

Estelle runs a successful property business and is happy to accept instructions in landlord and tenant and other property related matters.
