Called to the Bar in 1997. In addition to my legal qualification I am a professionally qualified engineer.
A first career spanning 20 years in engineering, 15 years as a consulting engineer and employer in the construction industry, followed by over 20 years in practice has equipped me to deal with the most challenging cases. I have an easy rapport with professional clients and empathy for the needs of both professional and lay clients.
I appear regularly in the High Court, County Court and in various Tribunals and I have substantial experience of arbitration, adjudication and mediation proceedings.
