I provide business and property owners with advice and robust courtroom advocacy in commercial and property disputes. This includes cases where one side fails to pay for goods or services, or where the quality of those goods and services are not up to specification, or good are not delivered at all.

When a business or individual receives a threat of legal action, or false statements are causing damage to its reputation, it is important to get advice as soon as possible, and I am regularly instructed to provide urgent advice and draft applications and deliver a quick turnaround for my clients.

In commercial cases it is vital to determine the true contractual obligations of the parties and my attention to detail and experience of large, high-value contracts enables me to do this and provide tactical and commercially practical advice.

As well as normal payment/quality disputes I have advised and acted in building and construction disputes, defamation claims, intellectual property and utilities disputes, and arbitrations.

I am also experienced in disputes over beneficial interests in property, as well as landlord and tenant disputes.
