Andrew has a growing practise in cases involving non-accidental injuries with numerous perpetrators and the involvement of significant medical evidence. He regularly represents local authorities and parents in a wide range of applications pursuant to the Adoption Act 2002 including those involving challenges to Placement Orders and Adoption.

He also has experience of dealing with clients living outside of the UK (including the United States and Africa), particularly with regard to cases involving both interim and periodic maintenance payments. Whilst practising in the Channel Islands, Andrew gained significant experience dealing with Jersey Trusts within matrimonial finance cases, including those involving significant wealth (up to £15million) as well as dealing first hand with challenging litigants. He continues to deal with and advise on cases with an offshore element.
