-Representing a broker in his tribunal claim involving unfair dismissal, discrimination (race and victimisation) and bonus claim
-Representing a local authority client against discrimination claims ( disability and religion)
-Advising an Appellant (Registrant) in her High Court appealing a decision to strike off by the Professional Body;
-Appearing on behalf of a NHS Trust in a race discrimination / unfair dismissal claim to the Court of Appeal (2010);
-Acting on behalf of a FTSE 250 Company seeking injunctive relief in the High Court (2009)
-Representing 30+ Claimants in a Group action against a PLC seeing it through to a successful mediation (2006).
