Victoria is a specialist family practitioner in both children and money cases. She is sensitive to the emotional backdrop of family cases, and skilled at reassuring clients whilst providing clear advice and advocating firmly on their behalf.

Victoria has a particular interest in cases where one parent wants to take a child abroad (either temporarily for holidays, or to live permanently - also known as "relocation") and the other parent disagrees.

Victoria has a specialism and strength in surrogacy law. Victoria has co-authored a book "Surrogacy: Law, Practice and Policy in England and Wales", published by Lexis Nexis in March 2018.

Victoria is skilled in representing clients in cases concerning child arrangements orders, prohibited steps orders, and specific issue orders.

Victoria regularly represents clients in financial remedy proceedings upon divorce. Victoria aims to secure the most advantageous result for her clients, whilst providing realistic and reassuring advice throughout. She appears at all stages, from the the first appointment to contested final hearings, including the vital FDR appointment.

Victoria frequently represents clients in care proceedings, and in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
