I advise and represent clients throughout the country in employment and civil litigation.

I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University and then spent two years at law school in London to qualify as a barrister. I have represented some of the largest public bodies (The Metropolitan Police, Greater Manchester Police) and private organisations (Harrods, Carphone Warehouse, John Lewis) in the country.

I have particular experience in litigation ranging from employment and personal injury claims to judicial reviews, actions for false imprisonment and claims under the Human Rights Act. I also regularly act in Article 2 inquests where there has been an element of statement involvement.

I regularly appear in Employment Tribunal proceedings for large Respondent organisations and have particular experience in complex discrimination claims. I have also appeared in the EAT on a number of occasions.

I also have significant experience in licensing law and commercial dispute litigation, particularly in relation to service providers, construction companies and retailers.

I am happy to advise and represent private individuals or firms in a wide range of dispute resolution and civil litigation.

In October 2012, I was appointed to a panel of counsel to provide Welsh Government Ministers with advice and representation in the areas of Public, Employment and Personal Injury law.

Prior to my call to the Bar I worked as a judicial intern at the Federal Court of Australia, in Perth.
