Daniel advises and represents clients in matters involving commercial disputes, sale and carriage of goods and consumer credit. Daniel has appeared in litigation on all three tracks in the County Court, he has considerable experience in relation to credit hire cases. Daniel regularly appears before the High Court in the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Division, as well as undertaking insolvency cases in the Companies Court.

Daniel has developed a growing personal injury practice. He represents both Claimants and Defendants on trials, applications and case management conferences. He has undertaken numerous infant approval matters and disposal hearings. He is frequently instructed in matters involving road traffic, public liability and employer's liability. Daniel has experience of advising on issues of both liability and quantum and drafting statements of case in all of these areas. Daniel is happy to consider work funded on a conditional fee agreement where appropriate.

Daniel has built up experience of a range of landlord and tenant disputes and is regularly instructed in respect of business tenancy matters. He has had dealings with numerous possession hearings, both for Claimants and Defendants.

Daniel has undertaken instructions in the regulatory field throughout his time at the Bar; he is a registered lawyer under The FA Football Agents Regulations and for the Rugby Football League. He is frequently instructed to deal with defending clients in regulatory prosecutions involving the environment agency and trading standards.
