Andrew Clark was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and transferred to the Bar in 1994. He obtained pupillage at Manchester House Chambers, where he was offered tenancy. Subsequently, he moved to 8 King Street Chambers (1999), and, thereafter, to 9 St John Street Chambers (2008). For many years he has been practising exclusively in contentious chancery and commercial work, especially in real property, wills & probate, and partnership. In recent years, he has acquired an expertise in consumer credit and financial services litigation and made appearances in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in the recent litigation involving PPI. His experience and ability has been recognised by entries in the Legal 500 and in Chambers & Partners.
