A former Senior Lawyer within HMRC, she has extensive knowledge of tax (in particular anti-avoidance and civil fraud), regulatory and public law (including Judicial Review, Freedom of Information), and significant traditional Chancery and Commercial law, Consumer Credit and Consumer Protection, and Insolvency (personal and corporate) experience. Latterly she has been expanding her Court of Protection work - a natural progression of her need to consider capacity in relation to tax work and legal practice generally.
