Frank Schoneveld is experienced in all aspects of disputes concerning international transactions. He has wide experience negotiating and drafting cross-border agreements particularly between EU countries, Australia and China, having lived and practiced for over 20 years in those three places. He has also worked in the Middle East (Palestine, Jordan and Saudi Arabia) and for governments and international organisations (UN and EU). His work extends to the life sciences (pharma, food, cosmetics, agriculture), energy, logistics, distribution, chemicals, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
Mr Schoneveld is experienced appearing before:
- the European Union,
- Chinese (NDRC, SAIC and MOFCOM) and
- Australian (ACCC and Customs)
competition and international trade authorities.
Mr Schoneveld is an arbitrator/panellist of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
He speaks Spanish and French and is admitted as an "abogado" in Spain and as a legal practitioner in Australia.
He practices both in Frankfurt, Germany and from Henderson Chambers in London.
