That law firm enables me to provide you, the client, with a full legal service from beginning to end, including conducting litigation and instructing other experts to assist with your case. In short, unlike many barristers, we are able to provide most of the services of a solicitors' firm but with the added advantage that our costs tend to work out significantly cheaper and you have the benefit of instructing a barrister from beginning to end.

Having sat as a part-time district judge in the county court, I look at all cases from the perspective of the following question: 'how a judge look at it?'. That then informs what is the best and most cost effective route to achieving you goals.

What sort of work do I do?

Landlord and Tenant: I act for landlords and tenants in relation to residential tenancies. My firm offers an all-round litigation service whereby we will go on the court record for you where appropriate.

Motoring Offences: We particularly specialise in driving ban cases whereby the motorist is due to tot up to 12 points and is therefore liable to a minimum 6 month disqualification. We regularly persuade the Magistrates to allow the motorist to continue driving.
