I work primarily in the High Court but also in the specialist property tribunals, in particular the land registration and residential property divisions of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). My work cover disputes about ownership and the transfer of land, landlord and tenant disputes (including breach of covenant and service charge issues), and disputes about probate and the administration of the estates of deceased persons. My expertise extends to partnership disputes and Chancery work, including commercial contract disputes and other business disputes involving land.

What sort of work do I do?

I am a specialist litigator. I am concerned only with litigation and disputes. I do not advise on transactional matters or how best to structure a commercial deal.
