Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse applications (Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders) I have acted for Applicants, Respondents and Grandparents at all stages of proceedings, my caseload on this area covers;
• Non- Molestation orders and Occupation Orders
• Child Arrangements Orders acting for both Parents and Grandparents (all stages)
• Finding of Fact hearings
• Prohibited Steps and Specific Issues Orders (removal from the Jurisdiction and change of school or name)
• Relocation cases, internal and international
In Financial Remedy cases I have acted for Applicants and Respondents at all stages of the proceedings, including First hearings, interim hearings, Financial Dispute Resolution hearings (FDR) and final hearings. I have also acted for Intervenors at all stages of proceedings.
