Taura is an experienced civil, chancery and commercial litigation and family law barrister and civil and commercial mediator.

Besides English, Taura also converses fluently in Lithuanian.

Taura is an experienced civil litigation barrister. She is able to advise and represent clients at all stages of the litigation process, from the preliminary stages of case and cost management conferences (CCMC), allocation/direction hearings and interim applications, to disposal hearings, trials, appeals and costs hearings.

Taura also has a busy family practice in matters relating to private children’s proceedings as well as financial remedy applications. Taura appears at all levels of the Family Court (Magistrates through to High Court) and represents clients at all stages of family proceedings including, First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointments (FHDRA), Dispute Resolution Appointments (DRA), Fact Finding Hearings, First Directions Appointments (FDA), Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) Appointments and Final Hearings.
