She has experience of cases involving a wide range of issues including: domestic abuse, children with complex needs, poor mental health and learning difficulties, drug and alcohol abuse, allegations of parental alienation, FGM and risks of abduction, paternity disputes, disputes about parental responsibility and cases involving r.16.4 Guardians.

What sort of work do I do?

Shárin's practice focusses predominantly on children matters. She undertakes instructions across the full range of private law and public law proceedings as well as instructions in applications for protective orders. She provides representation and advice to clients in these areas as well as drafting of legal documents.
