I have advised healthcare professionals and teachers in proceedings brought by their regulatory bodies (GMC, NMC, HCPC & TRA), and my focus is on ensuring that you are able to continue in your chosen career.

Representing doctors is a particular interest and I have appeared in internal disciplinary hearings where doctors are contractually entitled to legal representation as well as before the Medical Practitioners’ Tribunal Service. I have also successfully represented a student at risk of being removed from a profession allied to medicine course at university and appealed a decision to exclude a pupil from school.
