I practise in various fields of Family Law including the divorce/dissolution or separation of two partners, matters of domestic violence, the care or guardianship of children including childcare arrangements and child contact agreements, and adoption and surrogacy.

I have significant experience in fields of Immigration, Nationality, Asylum, Deportation and Detention. I appear regularly in the First-tier Tribunal ( Immigration and Asylum Chambers) and Upper Tribunal ( Immigration and Asylum Chambers).

I deal with matters in regards to leasehold extensions, breaches of covenants, possession
actions as well as providing advice to those entering into leases and licences in respect of property.

I practise in the field of Professional Discipline including matters arising from Health Care and other regulated professions. Previously, I acted for a leading Health Regulator and accumulated significant experience in this field.
