What sort of work do I do?

I deal with family law disputes (other than children cases). I advise, draft letters and other documents, and represent clients in court, in mediations and arbitrations and before private FDR evaluators. This work includes how to deal with the family finances on divorce, which country the divorce should be in, and property law disputes between family members. These includes disputes between unmarried couples (often coupled with claims for financial provision for children of the relationship), as well as disputes between a divorcing spouse and a member of their wider family as to who really owns a property which is part of the divorce dispute.

Who do I work for?

I represent all family members, including husbands and wives, civil partners, engaged couples, unmarried couples. I also act for trusts and companies which hold assets over which there is a family dispute.
