I have over 30 years experience as a town and country planning and environment law barrister. My chambers are in the Temple at 6 Pump Court but I travel widely throughout England and Wales. I am also a part time Planning Inspector making decisions on planning appeals.

I advise and represent clients on judicial review challenges where they are defending or attacking a planning decision. I appear at planning inquiries into whether or not planning permission should be granted for the development applied for. I appear in the High Court and sometimes on enforcement or nuisance matters in the Magistrates Court.
