What sort of work do I do?

I provide advisory and advocacy services to claimants and respondents engaged in Employment Tribunal proceedings. I appear regularly at preliminary hearings, final hearings, remedies hearings, and costs hearings. I am also authorised to conduct litigation on behalf of clients, which means that I can formally manage the case on your behalf in addition to providing advice and advocacy services.

My expertise covers all types of claims presented in the Employment Tribunal, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, TUPE, victimisation, and whistleblowing. I am regularly involved in complex cases which have multiple claims.

My sector experience includes aviation, banking & finance, education, healthcare, manufacturing, sport, and transport.

Who do I work for?

Approximately 75% of my practice is advising and representing claimants involved in an Employment Tribunal case against their employer or ex-employer. I have acted for claimants against a broad range of respondents, including large public sector bodies and FTSE 100 and 250 listed companies.

Approximately 25% of my practice is advising and representing respondents - ranging from SMEs to national and global organisations - defending an Employment Tribunal case brought against them by an employee or ex-employee.
