My practice is in clinical negligence and personal injury. It centres on complex/catastrophic claims and those facing major hurdles such as limitation bars and procedural sanctions.
What sort of work do I do?
The cases in which I am involved typically arise from delayed or failed brain or spinal surgery, catastrophic road traffic collisions or grave workplace incidents. The great majority of them settle out of court, often at joint settlement meetings or mediations.
Who do I work for?
I act for claimants and, very occasionally, uninsured defendants.
