What sort of work do I do?

I deal with contested applications in front of local authorities and appeals in the magistrates’ court. I have also been involved in many of leading High Court judicial reviews of licensing decisions. I am the man to call when you are in trouble.

Who do I work for?

All of the major operators including chains such as Wetherspoons, Greene King, ASK, Cote. I represent large and small nightclubs nationwide. I also represent music festivals and have had considerable success in obtaining licences at first instance and on appeal against stiff opposition. More recently, I succeeded in overturning a decision by East Herts Council to revoke the Wilkestock Festival licence.
