I am a specialist mortgages barrister with over 10 years of experience at the Bar. I advise and act in simple and complex cases involving threats of property repossession. I am a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association, the Property Bar Association and the Chancery Bar Association. I graduated from the University of Oxford. When I was called to the Bar, I won a Queen Mother Scholarship (the highest award) from Middle Temple. Fees negotiable with the clerks at Tanfield Chambers.

I find ways to challenge loans secured against property. I have detailed knowledge of the law in this area, frequently running cases involving the following:

I act for and against high street and private banks, alternative finance providers including bridging and other lenders, LPA receivers, individual/corporate borrowers, third parties and guarantors.
