I regularly advice on criminal matters and can represent clients in Magistrate court matters as well as road traffic offences.

Mr Mustafa always had equal interest in the field of Family Law, as he has been dealing with Immigration & Asylum and Domestic Violence for number of years and mostly his clients has linked family law cases particularly in private law matters involving domestic and sexual abuse, intractable child arrangements disputes, internal and external relocation applications and injunction proceedings.

Mr Mustafa deals with Immigration & Asylum related Human Rights matters. He regularly receives instructions from clients who have no leave to remain in the UK, Outside the Immigration Rules cases mainly involving families and people with criminal records.

I am a well-known lawyer in the community. I have been working in the UK legal sector since 2005 when I started working with a west London based solicitor firm. From 2005 till 2010, I worked with various law firms in London and gained first-hand experience under the supervision of my seniors.

I obtained my authorisation to practise in the Immigration law in 2011 and since 2013, I have appeared in various immigration courts/tribunals and have successfully represented clients in various types of Immigration & Human Rights cases.

I am currently leading the Immigration & Asylum team at Law Lane Solicitors, and I am also a Supervising Senior Case Worker in the Legal Aid department. I am accredited with the Law Society as a Supervising Senior Case Worker in Immigration & Asylum Law.

Mr Mustafa has a great deal of experience in dealing with Public Law cases mainly linked to Immigration & Human Rights related Judicial Reviews, Removals, Deportations & Unlawful Detentions related matters.
