What sort of work do I do?

I work in the field of commercial chancery law, which broadly involves business, trust and insolvency claims. They include issues relating to breaches of contract, breaches of duty by trustees, Companies Act 2006 and Insolvency Act 1986 claims, and claims arising from written documents such as contracts, trusts, wills and deeds.
My business cases often involve disputes about intellectual property, such as misuse of confidential information, breach of data base rights, copyright and trademark infringement, passing off and media issues.
I appear at all levels of Court (from first instance claims through to appeals).

Who do I work for?

I am happy to assist anyone involved in disputes within my core practice areas. They can range from multinational companies to individuals and include those acting as directors, shareholders, trustees, beneficiaries, agents, executors and administrators, creditors, and companies and individuals facing insolvency.
