I have been a commercial disputes and transactions lawyer across multiple jurisdictions for 30 years.

I have represented independent film producers, writers, directors, and talent in all aspects of delivering television and film productions and related services during my career. I have served as an arbitrator and mediator in entertainment disputes, including disputes over the financing of films.
