I am a barrister specialising in property law with over 20 years experience dealing with all aspects of real estate disputes including landlord and tenant, rights of way, covenants, easements, co-ownership, land registration, mortgages and so on. I am also experienced in commercial and insolvency law.

I am an experienced trial advocate and my work primarily involves appearing in courts and tribunals, including the county courts, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal, as well as the First-tier and Upper Tribunals. I also participate in ADR, including mediations.

My work also includes a substantial amount of advisory work, whether in person, by telephone, by zoom, by email or by way of a formal legal opinion.

My fields of practice include commercial and residential property, commercial contractual and business disputes, and personal and corporate insolvency.
