I am also an experienced litigator at all levels of the appeal cours and in judicial review.
I also have a public access litigation extension. This enables me to issue proceedings, manage all communication with the courts and opposing parties, prepare statements and commission evidence. This minimuses the pressure and stress on my client and ensures they experience an end to end service.

I work with professional and lay clients alike. I enable flexible fee payment to try to maximise individuals access to justice, and will implement conditional fee arrangements on a low fee no win basis in judicial review cases.
