Audrey has worked in the legal field for over 22 years. She has extensive advocacy experience as a senior Barrister in Family Law proceedings.

Audrey has appeared in the Family Court at all levels as a specialist Family Barrister in Children Act proceedings, both public and private areas.

What sort of work do I do?

Care Proceedings:
Removal of children from parents to Foster Care, Adoption. Non accidental Injuries, including fractures, brain injuries and fatal injuries.

Fact Finding Hearings:
Issues involving domestic abuse, including; coercive and controlling behaviour, stalking, physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse. Parental alienation, non-accidental injuries and implacable hostility.

Private Law Proceedings:
Relocation, local and outside of the jurisdiction. Child arrangements involving who the child lives with, and has contact with. Non-molestation applications.

Public Law Proceedings:
Non-accidental injuries including fractures, brain injuries and fatal injuries.

International Law:
Represented parents and children in international private law adoption applications also in the High Court.
