Anna specialises in complex public and private children law disputes including cases where there is State intervention in private family matters. Her experience in representing local authorities, children, parents and extended family members enables her to anticipate her opponents’ strategy and advise her clients accordingly. Anna is committed to pursuing her clients’ best interests and is recognised for her approachability by solicitors and clients alike.

Anna represents all parties in children law matters including carers and parents who cannot agree on the arrangements for their children; disputes over schooling and other specific issues; non molestation and occupation orders and representing parties in care proceedings where they don't qualify for legal aid such as grandparents and other relatives. Anna also sits as an Arbitrator and is therefore very well placed to advise on the realistic prospects and outcome of your case.
What sort of work do I do?
Anna does private and public law children proceedings and advises on matters before they are issued in court. She initially qualified as a solicitor (2004-2013) so has ample experience of dealing with clients from the outset of their case and advising them accordingly.
As she was a solicitor for over 10 years before coming to the Bar she is well placed to understand the needs of her clients and can assist with drafting various documents to assist the client with their case.
Who do I work for?
Anna accepts instructions from members of the public and solicitors. She does a large amount of public access work and is prepared to travel.
