I have worked in elements of Chancery Law throughout my practice whether that be matters of trusts in addition to contentious probate work.

Commercial

I regularly represents both Claimants and Defendant in all aspects of Civil and Commercial Law

Most commonly I advise in matters involving RTA’s, Credit Hire and Housing Possession in the County Court.

has consideral expeience in advising at all stages of proceedings including issues pre-issue and post judgement as well as allegations of Fundamental Dishonesty.

I am routinely instructed on interim applications as well as more complex Fast and Multi-Track disputes and have also appeared in the High Court in relation to obtaining interim injunctions and has most recently provided a webinar, as part of chambers team, on Super Injunctions.

Employment and Pensions

I regularly advice on matters in the Employment Tribunal as well as appear in multi day hearings.

I cover all aspects of Employment Law including: Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Redundancy, Whistleblowing, TUPE Transfers.

What sort of work do I do?

I routinely advise both in writing and in conference.

I am also proficient at representing my clients in trial as well as drafting and assessing pieces of written correspondence.
