He advises on consumer credit law with particular emphasis on enforceability of loans for business purposes under the Consumer Credit Act. He advises on a wide variety of commercial disputes including construction, sale of businesses, restrictive covenants, and civil fraud. He advises on contentious probate including fraud claims and undue influence and claims about capacity and Inheritance Act claims and domicile. He acts for landlords and tenants and managing agents in the fields of both residential and commercial property. He has a recently developing practice in the field of libel. He has also represented Doctors and Solicitors before regulatory bodies.
