Area of Law

Chancery

During my long career as a lawyer, I have dealt with and represented clients in significant number of cases in Trust, charity law, contentious probate, company/commercial and general civil litigation. I am in a privileged position to use those experience for the benefit of my new clients.

Family

I have represented huge number of divorcing or separating partners in their disputes over division of assets over the years and gained expertise in the field. I always advise my clients to reach amicable settlement and try my best to negotiate with my opponents to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. Property

Over the years, I have gained huge expertise in representing both property owners and tenants in courts on many aspects of commercial and residential property disputes, including contentious tenancy issues, possession, disrepair, dilapidations, unlawful eviction, harassment, rent repayment order etc.
